Want to host your own private paint and sip party? We would love to facilitate your event! We offer private parties for any occasion in your life. Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Girls Night Out, Date Night, Baby Showers, Office Parties/Events, Team Building Events, Sorority Events, Anniversary Celebration, Church Groups, Book Clubs, Sport Events, and any other event you would like to celebrate! We will make your event one to remember.

Private Party Benefits:

  • You can select your own painting in our collection.
  • You can schedule your event any day of the week, space permitting.
  • The event planner will receive their painting free with at least 11 people!
  • You get your own party room and artist.
  • You get the room 30 minutes before and after your party to mingle.
  • You can bring food, drinks, plates and utensils, and we will provide the rest (art supplies, glasses, and corkscrews)
  • No clean up! We take care of that for you.

Private Party Details:

  • Reserving a date: A deposit is required to hold a date. $75 deposit for a Kids Party, $105 for a 2 hour Painting and $135 for a 3 hour Painting.  (A party is not considered “booked” until Canvas Therapy has confirmed your dates,  the Private Party form is filled out and returned to Canvas Therapy, and a deposit is received via the online form on our website or the Private Party agreement that can be emailed to you. We will contact you to confirm that your date is available)
  • Activity/subject changes:  The chosen activity/painting subject may be changed up to one week prior to the event, but may not be changed afterwards, as we prepare everything in advance.
  • Balances: There is a 10 person minimum for a private party. The 10 person minimum needs to be paid at least 72 hours before the day of the event. If not paid prior to the event, the difference due will be charged to the card provided on the agreement.  If you have any additional guests on the day of your event, we can just settle the balance at that time. We will accept all major credit cards.  No CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • Changing dates: Reservation dates may be moved, pending availability, and with a 7-day notice.
  • Cancellation policy: We request a 7-day cancellation notice for a full refund. For cancellations made after that time, the deposit will be Non-Refundable.
  • For offsite events, there may be a travel/set up fee. Venue/host must provide chairs, tables, and space for guests. There is 10 person minimum.

Kids Parties:

  • We offer Family Friendly paintings on select Saturday afternoons. Price is $25 person (ages 6 - 13) for their very own 12 x 12 masterpiece! Classes are 2 hours.
  • We will also host your kid-friendly private party (ages 6-13) and have specific paintings just for them! Minimum 10 guests. The price is $25 per person and the host painting is FREE (with 11 painters)! (Rules for private parties above)
  • ‚ÄčKids Private Parties are 2 hours (with 1 hour afterwards to open gifts and mingle)
  • Kids Private Parties are reserved for Saturdays and Sundays between 12 – 6pm.
